Web Photography

Corporate Photography

Imagery is essential to create and maintain interest in any website and at Styles Creative our web photography will showcase your products at their best.

Photography is an art form and the best results are achieved by professionals with experience and knowledge of composition, colour, light and exposure. Our team of creative photographers have worked extensively in all aspects of photography, from portraiture, fashion, jewellery, brochure images and architectural shots. We can take product photographs at our premises, if appropriate, or we can easily bring our equipment to you.

Using the finest photographic equipment available, every detail is captured. Our cameras include a Canon 5D Professional SLR with macro lenses which allow a life size 1:1 ratio of magnification. This is ideal for extreme close-up photography of smaller products like jewellery. Coupled with superb lighting equipment that will ensure the subject is perfectly lit.

Of course, taking the photograph is just the beginning of the story. We then process the image to complement your website, depending on your requirements. This may include optimising the file size for fast internet viewing or perhaps using key file names to ensure search engines easily identify the products in their results.

Some examples of our photography can be seen on www.engagement-rings.co.uk. Note the intensity of the sparkle on the rings – this was achieved with an array of powerful lamps and bulbs, together with a light tent. This created evenly spread, natural looking light without shadows and lit the scene with optimal colour balance. To further enhance the beauty of the stones we added a further lamp and used a white background.

Using our technical expertise, we were able to capture the images without blurring by using the correct ISO sensitivity, shutter speed and aperture. The images were able to be viewed instantly on our computers, giving the client the opportunity to be involved in the process.

Once photographs have been taken it is time for post-production processes. This includes editing the images for use with zoom functions and preparing images for galleried display. Using our example, you will see the clarity of the products, which is vital when selling online.

If you have a great product, do it justice by ensuring that the photographs on your website are the best that they can be. At Styles Creative we offer our clients help and advice regarding all aspects of web photography and we are always happy to help.
